Join the Executive Club for an evening of connection and fun at the ECCC Networking Mixer! Open to both members and non-members, this event is the perfect chance to expand your circle, build new relationships, and strengthen ties with other professional women in our community.

We encourage members to share this event with their networks and bring a guest—what better way to introduce someone to the Executive Club than with great conversation and meaningful connections? Hors d’oeuvres will be served, and a cash bar will be available. Don’t forget to bring your business cards for plenty of networking opportunities.

Strong for Life: Taking an Active Role in Your Health & Well-Being

Women spend so much of their lives taking care of everyone else that it can be easy to put their own health on the back burner. This presentation will explore practical ways women can take an active role in their physical and mental well-being at every stage of life, including the importance of strength, movement, nutrition, recovery, and building a healthy relationship with our bodies. My goal is to leave women feeling empowered with realistic strategies they can begin incorporating into their lives right away—regardless of their age, fitness level, or starting point.

Amanda McFadden is the owner of Kinex Fitness Studios, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. As a former college soccer player and lifelong advocate for strength and wellness, Amanda is passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with their bodies. Through Kinex, she works with women at a variety of ages and fitness levels to help them feel stronger, more capable, and confident in their everyday lives.

Pink encouraged! In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, feel free to wear a touch of pink to the luncheon if you'd like to show your support.

Luncheon Agenda:

11:30 am: Doors open and check-in

11:45 am: Lunch is served (catering by Blue Dragonfly)

Noon: Program starts

Registration includes lunch and is $25.00 for in-person members and $30.00 for in-person non-members.

The registration deadline for the luncheon is Monday, October 12, 2026, at Midnight.

No refunds or credits will be given. Registration can be transferred to another person. We often have a waiting list; please email us if you are unable to make it, and we will fill your seat: ExecutiveClubofChampaignCounty@gmail.com.
