ECCC would like to invite you to participate in a private cooking demonstration, scheduled for 5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, at Harvest Market in Champaign.
Sit back, relax and enjoy what we like to call a “live cooking show”! Seated around the main demonstration table, you and your group will enjoy observing the dishes being prepared while learning about cooking techniques, tips and tricks on making the dish delish! You will be served each of the dishes as they are completed.

Fee: $10 per person and the deadline for RSVP is: Friday, Aug 18, 2017.
