ECCC would like to invite you to participate in a customized cooking demonstration and social networking, scheduled for 5 p.m. Thursday, August 23, at Harvest Market in Champaign. Sit back, relax and enjoy what we like to call a “live cooking show”! Seated around the main demonstration table, you will enjoy observing the dishes being prepared while learning about cooking techniques, tips and tricks on making the dish delish! You will be served each of the dishes as they are completed. New recipes are introduced and different from 2017 cooking demonstration. After the demo, members are encouraged to stay for the social networking till 7:30 pm. Wine, beverages, cheese and snacks are provided.
