2018 ECCC Chicago Bus Trip

Update: All Hamilton tickets have been sold! There are still a couple shopping tickets available for the trip.
Departure
You may board the bus starting at 8:00 am at the south end of the parking lot of Planet Fitness, 1958 Glenn Park Drive, near the intersection of Country Fair and Church Street in Champaign. Coffee, mimosas and a breakfast box from Michael’s Catering will be available for you upon arrival. The bus departs Champaign promptly upon everyone’s arrival. Bus will leave no later than 8:30 a.m.
On Board Entertainment
On the bus ride, you will be treated to a short presentation by ECCC member, Jenette Jurczyk - who will share with us how she uses her background in theater and film in her every day professional life. We will learn some tips and techniques that actors use to overcome nerves, improve personal connections and build confidence in any performance or presentation setting. Jenette is the Creative Director of That's What She Said and the founder of Key Light Consulting.
50/50 Raffle
Before we arrive in Chicago we will collect money for a 50/50 Raffle. Half the money will go to the bus driver’s tip. The other half will be raffled off to a lucky lady on the bus to expand her shopping and dining pleasures in Chicago!
Arrival
Drop off around 11:00 am at The Shops at North Bridge, 520 North Michigan Ave.
Go to CIBC or drop off bags on bus
The bus will leave The Shops at North Bridge, 520 North Michigan Ave., at 12:45 pm and head to CIBC Theatre at 18 W. Monroe St. If you are not planning on going to the show, you may want to put your shopping bags on the bus so you don’t have to carry them all afternoon.
Hamilton
The show starts at 1:30 at CIBC Theatre, 18 W. Monroe St. (near the corner of State & Monroe). The bus will leave The Shops at North Bridge at 12:45 pm and head to CIBC Theatre. The performance is expected to be done around 4:30.
Dinner
Immediately following the performance, from 4:30-6:30, we have reservations at The Italian Village, 71 W Monroe St, Chicago, IL 60603. This is on the same street as the theater. It would take longer to ride the bus than walk there! Here is the menu. Drinks are not included. You can purchase them that evening from a cash bar.

The bus will depart at 6:30 pm from The Italian Village, 71 W Monroe St, Chicago, IL 60603 and arrive back in Champaign around 8:30 -9:00 pm. On the bus, wine and chocolate will be served.

- $155 - Includes everything listed above including ticket to Hamilton and dinner.
- $80 - Includes everything listed above including dinner, but NO ticket to Hamilton.
