In this class you will enjoy a cooking demonstration by Chef Shawnae Cook. She will be preparing: Fig and Caramelized Onion Palmier Glazed Roasted Carrots Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin Medallions With Red Wine & Balsamic Onion Jam Sweet Pea & Basil Risotto Dark Chocolate Espresso Panna Cotta Wine Tasting The class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation along with providing a tasting of each dish prepared. Wine tastings accompany select dishes. Cost is just $30 per person and guests are welcome.
