Have you ever seen a need and had a desire to fill it? Our speaker, Cynthia Bruno did. While mentoring young girls, she noticed many didn't have career goals. When Cynthia couldn't find a program to help with this, she worked with a partner to create one!
In 2015, Girls Go For It was formed to help girls develop confidence and leadership abilities, so they feel empowered to go after any career they want.
Get inspired as Cynthia shares how she brought her idea to reality, and learn about the impacts this non-profit is making in the community.
About the Speaker: Cynthia Bruno is Vice President- Director of Wealth Management Service Support at Busey, and the President and Co-Founder of Girls Go For It.
