About the Speaker: Sandra Jones is a business management coach and consultant who works with established businesses and non-profits. Her strategic focus is on leadership development that helps owners and managers improve their strategy, productivity and financial performance.
Sandra is a long time ECCC member beginning with her employment at the City hospital where she was tasked with creating an ambulance company in 6 weeks. Realizing she loved entrepreneurship, she received her MBA from the University of Illinois. She survived three hospital mergers and over the course of many years managed every area of the regional hospital except the finance and the HR departments. She was responsible for building the physician’s office building, Christie on Windsor and Christie in Savoy. She recruited physicians, managed 1200 employees and met or bettered budgets every year of her hospital career.
Sandra owned All Things Illini for several years, an online retail store that created and sold unique gifts for the Illini Nation.
For the past ten years she has been an executive coach and a management consultant with clients across the globe. Her favorite clients are the ones who focus on the needs of their customers believing that path to excellence drives process efficiencies, higher revenue and happy, repeat customers.
