About the Speaker:
Erin Tarr is founder of Be the Benchmark, LLC, and creator of the Fierce&Flourish empowerment program for girls. As a parenting consultant, tween personal development coach, and keynote speaker she is a thought leader in the youth confidence space.
Erin’s education & leadership programs - based on her over 20 year career in the field of education - have impacted hundreds of girls and young women across the country by helping them overcome self-doubt, while gaining confidence and clarity around their daily choices. As a mentor she empowers tween girls, teaching them to leverage the power of her signature FIERCE Morning Routine, so they can create a life they are excited to live while changing the world in ways both big and small.
