DEI has been on the corporate buzz word list for a while but recently jumped to the top of the list (or at least close to the top). With DEI being so important, corporations have formed DEI plans, committees, programs, training, accountability, etc. How can DEI go from a plan or policy to impacting the culture and very fiber of the companies we are part of? How can each one of us make an impact by Leading with DEI?
As we lead with DEI, we may not be able to change the world but we might just be able to change the world for those we lead.
About the Presenter:
Bethany Hearn's passion is helping business owners achieve their goals, both now and in future transition events. She enjoys working with business owners to evaluate value drivers and strategies for reducing risk and increasing business value leading to the development of a transition plan.
Although primarily located in Champaign, Illinois, She has been valuing businesses across the country for more than 20 years. She values businesses in many industries for value growth, transaction, gift and estate tax planning and filings, shareholder agreements and litigation purposes. Each business is unique! Learning the story of a business is one of the most rewarding aspects of performing business valuations.
Registration Information:
This event will be hosted in person and via Zoom. The location is at the Quad Room, iHotel, 1900 South First Street, Champaign IL 61820.
Each registrant will receive 2 reminder emails prior to the luncheon.
Registration for in person members is $20.00 and includes lunch. Registration for Zoom is $5.00 to help offset the cost to improve our virtual experience.
If you have registered and are unable to attend, reservations must be canceled more than 7 days prior the event to receive reimbursement.

11:30 a.m.: Registration and Networking
11:45 a.m.: Lunch is served
12:00 p.m.: Meeting/Program begins in person and Zoom Call Starts
