Emotional Intelligence

First, what is it? Emotional Intelligence, or EQ, is a skillset we can learn to empathetically listen, connect, and understand our internal climate and the climate of those around us. 

In this fun and interactive workshop, we’ll be breaking down the pieces of Emotional Intelligence, practicing empathy and listening skills, connecting with fellow Executive Club members, and sending you home with new playful and powerful tools to help you smartly succeed in all areas of your life. Everyone will even have a chance to complete an online Emotional Intelligence assessment and will get a personalized report of where they are at!

Who is Heidi Esther? If Mister Rogers and Captain Marvel had a baby, it would be her. Heidi Esther is a cookie-baking strategic powerhouse, storyteller, and Joy Coach. She walks alongside Women who Take Care of the World to rediscover their authentic footing amidst the busyness, turmoil, and pressures of modern-day life so they can create a Joyfully Ever After – of their very own.

How can she do this? She is a veteran Momma, Relationship Building Professional, engineer, certified Emotional Intelligence Life Coach, and accidental poet. While trying to take care of her world, she fell into a dozen years of life’s trenches. At the end, she discovered something more miraculous than dark chocolate! Her Joy. Now she's on a mission to help you create yours. 

She practices being a grateful human being with her prankster wife, two eye-rolling teenagers, and two lucky dogs. When she doesn’t have her head in the clouds or a motivational book, she can be found sharing coffee with friends or meditating under her favorite blankie.

Registration for in person.  Registration fee is $10.00 to cover the event cost and some light appetizer.  

Feel free to bring a snack or a bottle of wine to share with others.
