Departure
You may board the bus starting at 8:00 a.m. at the south end of the parking lot where the Habitat Restore is located (1914 Glenn Park Drive) which is near the intersection of Country Fair and Church Street in Champaign. Coffee, mimosas, and a light breakfast will be available for you upon arrival. The bus departs Champaign promptly upon everyone’s arrival and will leave no later than 8:30 am.
50/50 Raffle
Before we arrive in Chicago, we will collect money for a 50/50 raffle. Half the money will go to the bus driver’s tip, the other half will be raffled off to a lucky lady to expand her shopping and dining pleasures in Chicago! Please bring cash!
Arrival
Drop off around The Shops at North Bridge, 520 North Michigan Ave and in the theater district.
Drop off bags
The bus will remain close to the Auditorium Theatre, Chicago, IL. Those going to the show will have the opportunity to drop off their bags on the bus prior to the show.
Beetle JuiceThe show starts at 2:00 pm at the Auditorium Theatre at 50 East Ida B. Wells Drive, Chicago, IL 60605. The performance is expected to end around 4:30 pm.
Dinner
After the performance at around 4:45, the bus will transport us to the Palmer House Hilton. From there, we'll head to various dinner spots. We've made reservations at several restaurants for your selection, but seating is limited. This allows you to pick your preferred dining spot and enjoy a more intimate setting for connecting with fellow ECCC members. All registrants will receive an email to make their restaurant selection prior to the trip. Please note that dinner is at your own expense.
