"My passion is giving a voice to female entrepreneurs and small business owners around the world. After going from solo esthetician to retired spa owner in 18 months I was able to focus on my life’s work – the creation of the Liberté Foundation for Women.
After leaving a two decade marriage and overcoming a lifetime of patriarchal religious indoctrination, I was finally able to create freedom for myself through entrepreneurship. Wanting freedom is something innate in us all and through the Liberté Foundation for Women, I am striving to support female entrepreneurs not only through grant-giving but also by giving them a voice to tell their stories of liberation."
About the Presenter:
Andrea Klein is a small business owner of Beau Visage Spa and nonprofit founder in Urbana, Illinois. After an unusual upbringing that discouraged higher education, Andrea was able to create freedom for herself using a beauty school certificate. After "retiring" from her spa Andrea created the Liberté Foundation for Women, an organization that supports women worldwide find their freedom through the trades.

This event will be hosted in person and via Zoom. The location is at the Alma Mater Room, iHotel, 1900 South First Street, Champaign IL 61820.
Each registrant will receive 2 reminder emails prior to the luncheon.
Registration for in person members is $20.00 and includes lunch. Registration for Zoom is complimentary.
