About the Presenter:
Jessica Lyles as the Regional Care Coordinator for Transitions Care. Jessica Lyles has spent the last five years helping families and patients make one of life's hardest decisions. With over ten years of experience in the senior industry, she has developed and fostered the trust of numerous families Champaign County. As a wife and mom of four, she is constantly juggling work-life balance. Since joining the hospice industry, she has uncovered what it means to live well and die well. After placing many loved ones on their services, including her grandmother - Jessica now knows the true meaning of her company's motto, " Its about living. "

This event will be hosted in person and via Zoom. The location is at the Alma Mater Room, iHotel, 1900 South First Street, Champaign IL 61820.
Each registrant will receive 2 reminder emails prior to the luncheon.
Registration for in person members is $20.00 and includes lunch. Registration for Zoom is complimentary.
Luncheon Start Time:
11:30 a.m.: Registration and Networking
11:45 a.m.: Lunch is served
12:00 p.m.: Meeting/Program begins in person and Zoom Call Starts
The registration deadline for the luncheon is January 15, 2024, and refunds can be issued until the same date.
If payment is not received by this deadline or cancellation hasn't been made, attendees are expected to honor the luncheon fee. If you need to cancel your registration, please contact ECCC Treasurer, Shari Fox at sharifox@foxphilanthropicadvisors.com.
