About the Presenter:
Barb Smith is a former Division I college athlete, 30-year Division I college basketball coach, motivational speaker, author, entrepreneur, and advocate for all levels of leadership and teamwork.
Barb is the Founder of Courtside Leadership, an organization that promotes leadership, teamwork, and team dynamics. She has authored a book entitled, Beyond the Talent: Profile of a Winning Team, which details some of her research in building successful teams.
Barb is also the Founder/CEO of Find My Team, a company that partners with aspiring high school student-athletes, parents, and coaches and empowers them with the knowledge necessary to make the college athletic recruiting process a positive, proactive, and successful experience.
Barb majored in Health Education at The Ohio State University and earned her MBA in Organizational Behavior at Iona College in New York.

12:00 p.m.: Meeting/Program begins in person and Zoom Call Starts
Registration Information:
This event will be hosted in person and via Zoom. The location is at the Lincoln Room, iHotel, 1900 South First Street, Champaign, IL 61820.
Each registrant will receive two reminder emails before the luncheon.
Registration for in-person members is $20.00 and includes lunch. Registration for Zoom is complimentary.
The registration deadline for the luncheon is April 15, 2024, and refunds can be issued up until the same date.
Cancelation and Refunds:
If payment is not received by April 15, 2024, or a cancellation hasn't been made, attendees are expected to honor the luncheon fee. If you need to cancel your registration, please contact Treasurer, Shari Fox.
