Sustainable Success: Strategies for Preventing Burnout and Building Resilience

Thursday, May 15, 2025 | 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Location: I Hotel, Technology Room

In fast-paced professional environments, burnout isn’t a personal failure—it’s an organizational risk. This engaging and practical session explores evidence-based strategies to foster resilience, maintain focus, and enhance long-term performance. Participants will learn actionable tools to build personal sustainability, manage stress proactively, and create habits that support both professional excellence and personal well-being.

Alicia Cater is a passionate speaker and licensed professional counselor with a master’s in counseling. She works at Elliott Counseling Group, where she supports individuals of all ages in building emotional resilience. With a background as both a therapist and former youth minister, Alicia brings a unique, engaging approach to topics like resilience and burnout prevention. Drawing from experience in clinical and educational settings, she blends evidence-based strategies—like CBT, creative arts, and narrative therapy—with practical tools that empower audiences to manage stress, prevent burnout, and thrive.
