Power in the Pause: Celebrating Wins & Sharing Wisdom by Sharla Jolly
Description: Join us for a dynamic and uplifting lunch event where women executives come together to celebrate their personal and professional victories. Whether it's a career milestone, a breakthrough moment, or a quiet triumph, this is your space to share and be inspired. Selected participants will briefly share their stories (3 minutes max), while others can contribute wins anonymously to be highlighted. We'll also reflect on the importance of pausing to recognize success—how it fuels resilience, builds community, and empowers future growth. As we end 2025, let’s honor the journey, amplify each other’s voices, and walk away with renewed energy and insight.

Registration Information:
This event will be hosted in person and via Zoom. The location is at the I hotel: 1900 S 1st St, Champaign, IL 61820
Registration for in-person members is $25.00 and includes lunch.
The registration deadline for the luncheon is Monday, December 15, 2025 at Midnight. Refunds can also be issued up until this date.
Cancelation and Refunds:
If payment is not received by final registration date, or a cancellation hasn't been made, registrants are responsible for the luncheon fee. If you need to cancel your registration, please email Laura Carta.
Non-Members: We love having non-members join our lunch! You are welcome to register with a current member or email our Outreach Chair, Caitlyn Floyd to be a guest of the board!
