Presenter: Grace Khachaturian
Grace Khachaturian is a 15-year-old from Champaign. She is a sophomore at Centennial High School where she has been involved in varsity Cheerleading, varsity golf, Speech Team, choir and drama and is the founder and President of Centennial Dance Marathon - the first high school Dance Marathon in the state of Illinois. She is a triplet and a competitive dancer.
Grace is the founder of Teen Angels On Earth a recognition program that spotlights teens who have implemented service in their lives. She is also the founder of PJs for Pediatrics which sews pajama pants for local teenagers who unexpectedly find themselves hospitalized at Carle and St John's Children's Hospital in Springfield. In the Miss America system, Grace was the 2010 Miss Illinois Outstanding Pre-Teen and is the current Miss Illinois Outstanding Teen - in which she has been an ambassador for Children's Miracle Network, Relay for Life, United Airlines Fantasy Flight, and Honor Flight. She has spent the past year touring the state as a guest speaker, MC, and guest dancer. Her goal is to empower teens to reconize their true potential.
