High-performing women know how to deliver. We figure things out, take responsibility, and keep going. Sometimes we become so good at it that we never take the time to think about what it is we are asking of ourselves. The Unshakeable Female Leader takes a closer look at the behaviors we have learned to call strengths and what happens when they become automatic. Women leave with tools to investigate those patterns, stay grounded under pressure, trust their judgment, and make more deliberate choices about where they put their energy and attention.
Loren J. Sanders is a leadership strategist, executive coach, author, and MBA instructor with more than 20 years of experience developing leaders and improving organizational performance. She currently serves as Fractional Vice President of Strategy & Consulting at WeLearn and is the founder of Roxlo Coaching & Consulting. Her work focuses on the behaviors and conditions that shape how people lead and perform under pressure. Her experience includes enterprise leadership at a Fortune 5 company. An ICF Certified PCC Coach, Loren is the author of Empathy Is Not a Weakness and Other Stories from the Edge and the forthcoming Who Let Me In Here? Dismantling Self-Doubt Without Losing Your Voice.

Registration includes lunch and is $25.00 for in-person members and $30.00 for in-person non-members.
The registration deadline for the luncheon is Monday, November 16, 2026, at Midnight.
