Our Executive Club Member Deb Reardanz will be speaking on the topic of Leadership.

Deb Reardanz has been the CEO at Clark-Lindsey Village for nearly five years and a student of leadership since fifth grade when she first ran for Student Council.  Though she graduated from the University of Illinois in Accounting, her leadership story will reveal how she has found herself responsible for the much more nebulous responsibilities of culture change and leadership development.  She is a 2009 graduate of the Leadership Illinois program and the 2012 LeadingAge Leadership Academy.  She is a coach and classroom facilitator for the recently launched LeadingAge Illinois Leadership Academy, providing aging services leaders throughout the state of Illinois with the tools for transformational leadership change.  She is the Chair-Elect for LeadingAge Illinois and a past Executive Club president.

Deb is excited to have a chance to present to ECCC members on the topic of leadership and will focus on the importance of discovering and nurturing your "True North".
